Bomo Roast is a coffee supplier set up over 25 years ago by two coffee enthusiasts, Laith and Paul, originally to offer beans producing a classic Italian espresso, sourced from Italy and hand roasted by a small family roaster in Sicily. It now also works with a UK roaster to offer lighter, more subtle roasts alongside the Italian blends. As well as coffee it supplies commercial espresso machines and grinders with servicing and maintenance, and runs the Bomo School of Coffee on site, offering barista training from practical half-day courses to two-day in-depth technical courses.
