DWP Housing Partnership is a private landlord and lettings business at 25a St Clement's Road, Boscombe, Bournemouth, offering residential and commercial property to rent across Dorset. Begun in 1985 by Dave Wells with a single small house in Poole, it now owns over 3,000 units and is recognised as Dorset's largest private landlord, managing every property itself with more than 100 staff across maintenance, lettings, housing management and rent management. New developments are under way at Lagland Street in Poole, Adastral Square in Canford Heath and Gladstone Road in Boscombe.
