Arbor

Arbor is the restaurant at The Green House on Grove Road, Bournemouth, led by head chef Andy Hilton and open all day for relaxed dining in peaceful surroundings. Its menus change seasonally around the best local and sustainable produce, with daily deliveries of meat, vegetables and dairy from Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire and fish and shellfish from the south coast. The Green House bar serves a bar menu including an afternoon tea made fresh to order by the on-site pastry chef, and Arbor also hosts weddings and private dinners.
