Cornish Bakehouse

Cornish Bakehouse hand-crafts Cornish pasties, hand-crimped in the traditional way and filled with beef taken from local suppliers where possible and otherwise from quality farm-assured breeders around the British Isles, then baked to order in its shops fresh throughout the day. It was founded in St Ives, Cornwall in 1983 and still trades in the seaside town. Alongside pasties it sells sandwiches and baguettes, jacket potatoes, breakfast rolls and coffee, and it runs a Pasties By Post service.
