TeamCC Bournemouth is one of TeamCC Gym's two sites, the other being in Poole. It runs two core programmes: the Solution Programme, aimed at busy professionals and parents looking to boost energy, strength, fitness and body confidence, and the Focus 50+ Programme, small group personal training to help people over 50 improve their long-term health, strength and movement. Online coaching is also offered. Members describe it as more than a gym, with coaches who motivate, a membership programme with nutrition support and training worked around injuries.
