Chez Fred is a fish and chip restaurant and takeaway at 8-10 Seamoor Road, Westbourne, Bournemouth, owned and run by three generations of the Capel family since it opened in 1989 and long a neighbourhood favourite with locals and visitors. Fish is responsibly sourced, potatoes come fresh from the farm and the mushy peas are homemade, with everything hand prepared on site and cooked with care.
