Pure Town Planning is an independent town planning consultancy of Chartered Town Planners based in the south of England, with offices in Bournemouth and Winchester. It was formed in Bournemouth by directors Matt Annen and Dan Wilden and works for developers, homeowners, businesses, landowners and architects on householder remodels and extensions, replacement houses, commercial and industrial development, heritage and conservation redevelopment and major mixed-use schemes. The practice was built on three core principles: clarity, honesty and value.
