Ashley's Birthday Bank

Ashley's Birthday Bank is a charity running a gift and crisis service for vulnerable children and families in its local area. Working from referrals, including from local schools, it provides beds and mattresses, toys, clothing, washing machines, toiletries, birthday and Christmas gifts and, above all, food shopping to families living in severe poverty, including families affected by domestic violence, child neglect or abuse. It is governed by trustees, supported by sponsors and funded by donations and fundraising events.
