The Salt Pig is a Dorset group of cafes and farm shops built around Purbeck produce, started on the simple idea of creating a business where people could easily find honest, locally produced food from Purbeck farmers, fishermen and growers. Over the past decade it has grown into seven locations across Dorset, alongside its butchery, meat boxes, cafes, outdoor catering and a campsite at Salt Pig Farm at Putlake near Swanage, which offers relaxed, family-friendly camping on a small working farm on the Jurassic Coast.
