Drusilla's Inn is a small family-run pub and dining venue at Wigbeth, Horton, near Wimborne in Dorset, described on its own site as a Dorset gastropub brimming with old world charm and a friendly atmosphere. It is a passion project of Michelin-trained head chef James Beard, who came onto the cooking scene at 16 as an apprentice under the Galvin Brothers, worked his way around the London food scene and most recently was head chef at the one Michelin star east London restaurant BEHIND.
