The Children's House Montessori Nursery

The Children's House Montessori School is an independent nursery school in the grounds of Rushcombe First School, Hanham Road, Corfe Mullen, Wimborne, for children aged two to five. It follows the methods developed by Dr Maria Montessori, using specially designed apparatus and materials in a purpose-built, child-centred environment, and opens all year round with term-time or full-time attendance. Ofsted rated it Good, noting that staff understand what children can do and plan the environment well. The principal is Stacey Orman and visits can be arranged by appointment.
