The River's Edge is a bistro on the banks of the River Stour at 21 Lewis Way, Wimborne, established in 2026 and run by mother and son team Jamie and Kym, who previously ran and owned restaurants in Wimborne for over twelve years. It serves breakfast with freshly roasted coffee and warm pastries, bistro-style lunches, and a Fish Friday menu for eating in or taking away. Much of the produce is grown by the business at its Colehill allotment or sourced from Dorset suppliers.
