Beaulieu Chocolate Studio is a chocolate shop and workshop in the New Forest village of Beaulieu, open since July 2006 and continuing a tradition of chocolate making in the village that dates to the early 1980s. Owner Trevor Smith set up the studio, with help from the Beaulieu Estate, in what had been the village patisserie, dividing the shop so that chocolates are made in one half in view of the public through a large viewing window and displayed and sold in the other. With assistants Avril and Judith he makes a range of over 30 filled chocolates plus original chocolate bars and gifts.
