Avon Valley Community Matters is a charity based in Fordingbridge and the surrounding villages, supporting those in the community who need it most: families with young children, the lonely and the bereaved. It runs the AVCM Charity Shop alongside Anna Chaplaincy, bereavement support, a friendship group, school holiday activities, the Lantern Parade, Superstars Playgroup, storytelling sessions for adults and jumble sales, and takes donations and volunteers through its Get Involved pages.
