Forest Edge Roasting Co is a coffee roastery and coffee house at 11 High Street, Lyndhurst, in the New Forest, roasting what it calls exceptional coffee and stating a dedication to quality and sustainability and to creating community and moments of connection. Its founder learnt barista skills in Australia and returned to the UK missing that artisan coffee scene and struck by the plastic waste the coffee industry generates. Customers can visit the coffee house and roastery, buy freshly roasted beans and equipment or book experiences, and the company supplies independent cafes and farm shops.
