It began in the early days of COVID-19, when restaurant closures abruptly halted the commercial fishing trade and a Facebook post from the father, a fisherman, promising that nobody would go hungry went viral locally; his son Bart joined him to manage the demand and the two laid the groundwork for the business. It also offers catering and filleting courses.
