COOK makes frozen prepared meals and puddings, cooking with the same ingredients and techniques a home cook would use so that dishes look and taste homemade, and printing the name of the chef who prepared the meal on the front of every pack. Founded in 1997 by co-founders Edward and Dale, it sells through home delivery, free click and collect, subscriptions, its own COOK shops and stockists, and its award-winning range is organised by portion size and by protein and includes vegetarian, vegan, healthy and high-protein meals as well as sauces, sides and kids' meals.
