NEW FOREST CAKE HOUSE

New Forest Cake House is a bakery at The Dairy, Lower Bisterne Farm, Bisterne, nestled on the edge of the New Forest just outside Ringwood and run by John and Sara, who took over Pauline's Pantry in 2018. It bakes bar loaves, tray bakes, round cakes, seasonal lines and a special diet range suitable for gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan customers, buying ingredients locally wherever possible and using a co-operative wholesale supplier when local produce is unavailable. It uses no cake mix, and trade supply cakes are freshly baked to order and delivered weekly throughout the New Forest.
