Londis is a convenience store symbol group established in 1959 by a group of independent retail grocers who wanted a delivered wholesale company jointly owned by the retailers it served. It now has over 2,400 member stores, around half of them forecourts, making it the biggest forecourt partner in the UK, and is backed by the wholesaler Booker Group, which gives members buying power, channel exclusives and promotions. Member stores are convenience stores, off licences and corner shops stocking groceries and daily essentials, coffee to go and hot food.
