Pinecones Day Nursery is a purpose-built, open plan day nursery on the grounds of Totton College, caring for children aged three months to four years. Its baby room takes up to 15 children a day at a three to one ratio, while the early years room brings together up to 35 two to four year olds in a mixed age setting guided by The Curiosity Approach. Much of the day is spent outdoors, and fresh meals are cooked on site each day.
