The Healing Kitchen is a holistic wellbeing practice run by Charlotte, combining science-based nutrition with Reiki energy healing in one-to-one sessions designed to relieve stress, restore energy and give tailored nutritional support. Sessions are Reiki healing, Reiki healing with a Herbal Reset, Reiki healing with conscious nutrition and follow-up consultations, with a free discovery call first. Charlotte holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Science and a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, is a certified Reiki Master Practitioner and has over 15 years in food industry research and development.
