It generates accurate and formatted party wall notices, awards and documents in seconds, downloads branded letterheads and footers, and helps surveyors follow best practice without missing a step in the process. It was created by Jean-Pierre Panchaud MRICS FFPWS, a London based party wall surveyor, and grew out of a basic spreadsheet he had set up for notice generation and owner contact storage.
