Wilson Thomas Estate Agents' Broadstone office is on Lower Blandford Road and opened in the autumn of 1996. Founding partners Richard Wilson and Justin Thomas had both worked in Broadstone for many years before starting the firm in Lower Parkstone, so opening there was a natural progression; the office is one of three, alongside Lower Parkstone and a Poole town centre office.
