Minster Chefs Ltd is a hospitality recruitment and staffing agency with its head office at 1 Sovereign Business Park, 48 Willis Way, Poole. It was started by two locally trained chefs, both trained at The Lansdowne College Bournemouth, who worked in London at the five-star Howard Hotel and Langham's Brasserie and have been involved in catering for over twenty-five years. It supplies head chefs, sous chefs, chefs de partie and commis chefs on a temporary or permanent basis, describing itself as reliable, passionate about food and competitively priced, and listening to what each client requires.
