Sultan Grill House

Sultan's Grill House is a Turkish and Mediterranean charcoal grill restaurant at 125 Charminster Road, Bournemouth, whose kitchen is built around the grill using time-honoured techniques the owners say have been passed down through generations. The menu covers mixed grills for two or five, lamb chops, lamb ribs, chicken and lamb shish, kofte, chicken wings and meze, wraps including a vegetarian wrap of salad, hummus and falafel, and is served with chips, rice and freshly baked bread. The restaurant says it uses only locally sourced ingredients and offers delivery and collection.
