Counselling To Change - Individual and Couples Counselling

Counselling to Change is a counselling service run by Leny, an experienced therapeutic counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Working as an integrative counsellor, drawing on person-centred and CBT modalities chosen to suit each client, she aims to provide an open, non-judgemental and safe space for individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, compulsions, grief, abuse, trauma and relationship difficulties, and has completed extensive COSRT-accredited couple and relationship therapy training.
