HALO Therapies is the practice of Andrea Lindsay at 92-94 Castle Lane West, Bournemouth. Andrea is a counsellor, CBT therapist, psychotherapist, clinical hypnotherapist, hypnotherapy supervisor, life coach and TFT practitioner who has been in practice for over 20 years, having retrained after a 17-year career with Zurich Financial Services. She works with adults, couples, families, adolescents and children on anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, addictions, self-esteem, weight, bereavement, OCD, relationship and parenting difficulties and children's behaviour, face to face or remotely.
