The Bournemouth Development Company

Bournemouth Development Company is a long-term partnership between the national placemaker Muse and Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, formed to deliver major regeneration in Bournemouth town centre. It grew out of the town centre vision set out in 2008 by the then Bournemouth Borough Council, which identified the value of regenerating under-utilised town centre sites to deliver new housing, employment space and a boost to the local economy. The company publishes its development sites, its objectives, how the partnership works, its board and what it has delivered so far.
