Hengistbury Head is a nature site south of Christchurch Harbour with a visitor centre whose friendly staff and volunteers help visitors make the most of a day there. It invites people to walk in the footsteps of their ancestors, explore a beautiful, rugged landscape and learn about a fascinating array of wildlife, and describes itself as a great place to bring the whole family.
