The Beach Hut Cafe

The Beach Hut Cafe is a family-run, multi award-winning beach front cafe at Friars Cliff in Christchurch, open all year and facing an award-winning and safe beach, with sea views from Hurst Spit in the east to the Purbeck Hills in the west. Its meals and cakes are homemade, including a selection of gluten free items, and its meats and sausages come from an award-winning local butcher. Freshly ground, bean to cup speciality coffees are served. The cafe has wheelchair access and a disabled toilet, a toilet block stands next door, and two nearby car parks have wheelchair access to the promenade.
