H&H Care (Dorset) Limited

H & H Care (Dorset) Ltd is a support service at 49 Shaw Drive, Sandford, Wareham, working with young people stepping into adulthood. It is run by two directors, Hannah Bartlett and Hannah Patel. Hannah Bartlett began in the care profession 18 years ago at Portfield School, became an assistant residential house manager for a unit housing teenagers, then a teaching assistant at Uplands Special Needs School in Swindon where she completed an NVQ3 in Caring for Children and Young Adults, and later worked one-to-one in post-16 classes at Montacute School in Poole.
