Families and Babies (FAB) is a UK-registered charity that has provided breastfeeding support and education for over 20 years, working with families, NHS Trusts and local authorities to deliver antenatal classes, peer support, 24-hour helplines, community drop-ins and a breast pump loan scheme. It also sells certified training packages to employers, and runs an online shop of gifts, baby essentials and charity merchandise whose proceeds fund its frontline services. Its peer support service began in 2004 in Blackburn with Darwen.
