The Pet Health Partnership is an independent veterinary group based at 6 The Parade, Moorland Way, Upton, Poole. It asks clients to phone as soon as emergency care is needed during opening hours, when a nurse may triage the pet by telephone, and out-of-hours emergency cover is provided by Medivet in Parkstone, Poole, with notes returned immediately so the pet comes back to the practice in normal hours. The group runs a cat friendly clinic, nurse clinics, end of life care, support for anxious dogs, care for small animals and chickens, animal health certificates and a pet care plan.
