THE PIG is a group of laid-back country and coastal hotels across England where the restaurant is at the heart of the house, serving home-grown seasonal food from its own Kitchen Gardens or hyper-local suppliers, alongside cosy bedrooms and easygoing experiences. The first PIG opened in 2011 and the group was marking 15 years of PIG Partners and PIG People at capture. Its locations include THE PIG New Forest in Hampshire, plus PIGs at Swanage, Madehurst, Southampton, Canterbury, the Mendip Hills, Harlyn Bay, Barnsley Village and Honiton.
