THE PIG is a group of laid-back country and coastal hotels in England where the restaurant is at the heart of the house, serving unpretentious, home-grown seasonal food from its own kitchen gardens and hyper-local suppliers alongside cosy bedrooms and outdoor experiences. The first PIG opened in 2011, and the group now runs houses including THE PIG New Forest, on the beach at Swanage, in the South Downs, in the wall at Southampton, at Bridge Place, near Bath, at Harlyn Bay, in the Cotswolds and at Combe.
