Londis is a convenience store symbol group with over 2,400 member stores, around half of which operate as forecourts, which it says makes it the biggest forecourt partner in the UK, and it is backed by the wholesaler Booker Group. It was established in 1959 by a group of independent retail grocers who wanted a delivered wholesale company jointly owned by the retailers it served. Its stores sell bread, milk, eggs, groceries, fruit and vegetables, coffee to go and hot food, with own brand ranges Jacks and Euro Shopper.
