Prama Charity Shop Parkstone

Prama is a family of charities caring for people in Dorset, founded in 1982 to support older adults. It began by providing domiciliary care and now provides community-based activities including group support for people with dementia and for carers, and one-to-one support for carers and older adults who have become lonely, aiming to prevent ill health or, where that is not possible, to mitigate its impact so that people can live as long as possible in their own homes and communities. It also runs charity shops and an online shop, age friendly communities work and volunteering.
