Slim Chickens is a fast casual restaurant brand serving fresh, handmade food and chicken cooked to order, with roots it describes in the delta where food is honest, meals are social and the door is always open, and a mission to bring southern hospitality to a fast, casual setting. It started in a garage with tireless testing before the first restaurant opened in Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2003, and it now operates over two decades on with menus, delivery, click and collect, an app and gift cards.
