Reborn Therapy is a therapy practice run by Abby for people struggling with emotional distress or who have lost their sense of direction and purpose. It works with anxiety, PTSD, bereavement, and depression and low moods, on the principle that each person already has the inner resources they need to thrive and sometimes simply needs help to access and use them. A free 30-minute consultation is offered before starting.
