KingsWood Day Nursery is a small, private day nursery in a cosy converted old school building in the rural village of Alderholt, near Fordingbridge on the Dorset and Hampshire border. It nurtures children from 0 to 8 years across rooms named Ducklings, Robins, Kingfishers and Woodpeckers, with a Mongolian yurt on the field and a woodland classroom opposite. The setting combines the EYFS with forest school and nature nurture, and also runs holiday clubs.
